Thanks so much for the final report on MacWorld ‘98. Under your direction, the team pulled together and helped us attain all but one goal (over which you had no control).

As we noted at Seybold San Francisco, your thorough preparations provided Xaos Tools, Inc., with a strong presence in a highly competitive trade show. From the input provided by sales and marketing, you created a comprehensive trade show plan so necessary for a company with no history in trade show participation. No aspect was ignored, the plan defined: show objectives, budget development, promotions, booth design and graphic design, scheduling, shipping, and installation and dismantling responsibilties. And, having you on site for the show kept our staff focused.

Had we not had you managing Seybold San Francisco and MacWorld San Francisco, we would not have attained the measurable success so necessary to justify trade show budgets.
