Cheryl consulted for me while I was the VP of Marketing at MobileSys, Inc. At MobileSys, I was faced with building a marketing staff from the ground up, but I could not afford to wait to pull together our tradeshow strategy, which led me to hire Cheryl Steeper. After a thorough evaluation of the situation, Cheryl pulled together a complete proposal, which resulted in tradeshow strategy and an execution plan for an array of tactical deliverables.

First, Cheryl helped clean up our existing graphics and added additional, critical components to our portable booth system, which was required for the committed show scheduled for the remainder of the calendar year. In addition, in order to get through the schedule with ease, Cheryl was able to provide tactical show services: from ordering the electrical, to shipping the components, to the show guide, down to the show setup, Cheryl was able to take care of our needs.

Next, Cheryl led the planning for the follow on calendar year, which included the building of a custom booth property. After a very rigid definition process and the delivery of a RFP, Cheryl facilitated presentations from several vendors capable of building the booth. After helping us to select the vendor, and then managed the vendor through to delivery of our initial property. At the same time, Cheryl helped us with our show selection for the next calendar year, and negotiated space on several of the key shows.
